Booking confirmation

Your session is confirmed only after we agree on date, time, location, and total session fee by email, and after I receive the deposit (25% of the session fee).

Payment

Session fees are paid in cash unless we agree otherwise by email in advance.

  • Japanese yen (JPY) is preferred.
  • U.S. dollars (USD) may be accepted if confirmed before the session.

How to pay the deposit will be sent by email after we fix the date (for example, cash at a meeting before the session).

The remaining balance (75%) is due in cash at the session.

Deposit

At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the agreed session fee is required to hold your appointment.

Rescheduling

You may change your appointment date or time once only. Please contact me as early as possible. Any further changes may be treated as a cancellation under the rules below.

Cancellation by client

  • If you cancel your booking, the deposit and any payments already made will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel on the day before or on the day of the session (including no-shows), you owe 100% of the agreed session fee, not only the deposit.

Late arrival

Sessions end at the scheduled time. Fees are not reduced for late arrival.

First sessions

First sessions are limited to three hours unless we agree otherwise in advance. Longer sessions are available from the second visit onward.

予約の確定

日時・場所・セッション料金の総額がメールで合意し、かつ前金（セッション料金の25%）をお預かりした時点で、予約が確定します。

お支払い

セッション料金のお支払いは、原則現金となります（事前にメールで別途合意した場合を除く）。

  • 日本円（JPY）を推奨します。
  • 米ドル（USD）は、セッション前までに事前合意があれば可とします。

前金のお支払い方法は、日程確定後にメールでご案内します（例：セッション前の対面での現金など）。

残金（75%）は、セッション当日に現金でお支払いください。

前金（デポジット）

ご予約時に、合意したセッション料金の25%を前金としてお預かりします。

予約変更

日時の変更は1回に限り可能です。できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。2回目以降の変更は、下記キャンセル扱いとなる場合があります。

キャンセル（お客様都合）

  • キャンセルされた場合、お預かりした前金および既にお支払いいただいた金額の返金はいたしません。
  • 前日または当日のキャンセル（無連絡不参加を含む）の場合は、前金にとどまらず、セッション料金の100%をお支払いいただきます。

遅刻

終了時刻は予定どおりとし、遅刻による料金の減額はいたしません。

初回セッション

初回のセッションは、事前合意がない限り最大3時間までとします。3時間を超えるセッションは、2回目以降のご利用から可能です。
